Sizes on Packaging
We always send the size you select; however, on minimal occasions items may be labelled differently on the packaging due to how they fit. For example, a size Small may be labelled as Medium if it fits that way. Please try your item on before contacting us, as the fit should match the size you ordered.

Sizing Measurements
Due to high demand, we are unfortunately unable to provide individual measurements for items upon request.

Oversized / Slim Fit Items
Any items that are designed to be oversized or slim fit will be clearly stated in the product title or description. Please ensure you select your size accordingly.

Product Images
All images displayed on our website are of the actual stock we hold. At this time, we are unable to provide additional photos upon request.

Delivery

  • UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail
  • Republic of Ireland orders are shipped via DPD

Delivery Options

  • Next Day Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm – UK only):
    Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Thursday) should arrive by 1:00pm the next working day.
  • Next Day Saturday (UK only):
    Select this option for orders placed between Thursday 2:00pm and Friday 2:00pm to receive delivery on Saturday.
  • DPD 2-Day Service (Republic of Ireland):
    Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day with delivery in approximately 2 working days.

Tracking
Tracking details are not sent automatically.
You can request your tracking information after 7:00pm on the day of dispatch (for orders placed before 2:00pm).

Returns
When returning an item, please include a note inside your parcel with the following details:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Items returned
  • Requested exchange item
